Please inspect your hat as soon as it arrives! If there’s an issue, let us know within 14 days of delivery so we can prioritize your replacement.


🧢 A Note on Fit

Hats can be tricky. Since we cannot restock custom-decorated headwear, please double-check the “Fit Profile” (Structured vs. Unstructured, High Profile vs. Low Profile) on the product page before ordering. If you’re unsure which style suits you best, our team is happy to give advice before you buy!

📬 How to Resolve an Issue
